Each time I raise my head 
My eyes embrace the sky.
I see and feel my tears tread
The road that I can"t deny.

I feel my tears running by 
As streams as cold as ice.
The roads I have walked, 
In dreams, I won"t forget. 

The weird visions I"ve seen,
Will guide me to the heaven-gate 
Through circles of the death, 
Through fires and illusions.

Each time I raise my sword,
My eyes embrace the world.
The distance and the waste,
Which I will have to taste.

The night will sing the lullaby. 
Her tender arms and loving eye 
Will calm the ever-aching heart,
Will show me the way to start.

I kiss the stars but they are cold.
We"ll try and take another hold
To build a stronghold for the world,
To break the auld and give new mould.
