Therefore, in 1920 and 1921, the 1st Rostov Regiment, the 38th Separate Rifle Brigade, commanded by comrade P [surname] S.A., was entrusted with the protection and defense of the city of Rostov-on-Don, of the railway node, of bridges and of the railway lines to Tikhoretskaya, to Novocherkassk, to Kotelnikov and to other points. -

But - anyway - the file should contain an extract from the protocol of the NKVD Troika for the Azov-Chernomorsky Krai dated November 17, 1937.
