In the 20s or 30s (of the 20th century), while working in some large organization, Vasily Alexandrovich Zalessky for some reason decided to write a short book on construction issues.

He wrote the book, but it turned out that this book could be published only with the "support" of the secretary of the party committee of that very large organization.
It seems that the name of the secretary of the party committee was the first on the title page, and the name of the real author was the second.
This situation caused negative emotions in the wife of Vasily Alexandrovich. And she erased the name of the secretary of the party committee from the title page with a rubber band.
