And a completely the different matter - it is the position of separate officials and some state bodies ...
What, if the correct position is taken by the authors of two answers from the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 23 for the Rostov Oblast? (Answers dated October 15, 2021, number 06-10 / 034888, dated October 22, 2021, number 6193-00-11-2021 / 003836).
Perhaps it would be more correct if a very significant work on restoring the tax base and ensuring the full payment of the unpaid tax is carried out by an ordinary person who does not hold any posts, an ordinary taxpayer (V.V. Zalessky)?
And not government agencies and not civil servants - with their power, with apparatus, with subordinates, with the government funding?
But at this moment I'm reading about the G20 ROME LEADERS' DECLARATION:

Russia participates in the G20 meeting in various forms.
Surely this G20 Declaration was signed on behalf of Russia.
Therefore, I am thinking in the right direction.
There is no need for Peter to nod towards Ivan, and Ivan does not need to nod towards Peter ... And as a result, - under such situation, - to try to load with the all-state task a simple taxpayer, a simple citizen - the person without any state position and withoutcorresponding possibilities.
Surely, the responsible people from the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the Rostov Oblast are familiar with the position of the Russian State, fixed in the Declaration of the G20 summit in Rome!
And they will decisively demand that the tax base will be restored and that the unpaid tax will be paid in full! To restore the tax base and to ensure the full payment of the unpaid tax!
