On February 16, 2022, I sent an application "ON PAYING COMPENSATION TO ME" to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation by registered mail.

A garden plot (within the city) was seized from our family property for "state needs", and later the corresponding land plots were occupied by private houses of more "happy" citizens.
Our friend (woman), who did not have the good fortune to be among those citizens from whom garden plots were withdrawed, sold her plot for an amount equal to the price of a two-room apartment. But a simple woman did not took into account inflation and as a result bought only a one-room apartment for the proceeds. Not bad look "state needs" (in terms of currency)!
But it"s a long-standing thing - like the change in the rules for owning garden plots since about 2010 - a certain amount in rubles was invested in several garden plots ... These meager, in general, investments - for the minimum safety of funds - turned out not to be income, but a headache ...
All these - and other stories - I in this case leave out of the brackets of this application (petition) of mine.
But let me remind you that the retirement age was raised by our state (relatively recently).
And now, having reached the age of sixty, I am deprived of the opportunity to receive a pension on a general basis.
Moreover, earlier full-time study at a university and in graduate school was taken into account when assigning a pension, but now, as I assume, these periods of life do not play a positive role in assigning a pension. So, apparently, in this matter I am also a loser ...
At the same time, one can also recall the participation of my father (at that time a teenager) in the defense of Rostov-on-Don in November 1941. However, when the participants in the events were alive, and the question was put forward to the public space, he heard from the responsible persons the question: "What do you want?".
He was left without official gratitude, and without an award, and without the status of a participant in the Great Patriotic War.
Accordingly, I have no chance - in this state of affairs - to receive the status that operates in many subjects of the federation - these people are called "Children of War". They have significant financial and material advantages.
But after sending my application on February 16, 2022, new events occurred.
And half of Russia's gold and foreign exchange reserves are blocked, and the exchange rate of the Russian ruble is declining, and prices are rising at an accelerated rate.
But I had a real estate object received as a gift (donation agreement - as a replacement for a will, inheritance). And what?
It turns out that the state excluded this object from the the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN) - this is how I understand the answer from the tax authorities.
But how can I live?
Will I only see unfavorable actions from the state in my address (towards me)?
I ask you to expedite the payment of compensation to me for the property at the address: Rostov-on-Don, 32/34 Muscatnaya Street (object, which was previously registered in my name in the EGRN).
In the event of payment of legal and fair compensation, I will not have any claims related to the rights to this object.
As prices rise, my financial situation is deteriorating, so please expedite the payment of legal and fair compensation to me."
Such a draft I prepared.
I did not even raise in it the question of the state's tax interests: about the underpayment of tax, about the "withdrawal" of an object from the "tax base".
Although the Lunar program of Russia continues to excite me - and it needs financial resources.
But first I need to eat a sandwich with butter, and then think about the exploration of the moon ...
