I don't know if there are Roscosmos enterprises in Rostov-on-Don. Somehow I didn't manage to become an employee of Roscosmos, an astronaut.
But gradually I got real estate - mainly under donation agreements from my parents (replacement of wills).
And I realized that I was participating in the exploration of the moon - I pay land tax and tax on property of individuals.
A budgetary system has been created in Russia - all budgets are interconnected. Some budgets transfer surplus to the top, while someone from above receives the missing funds.
It does not matter where the land tax and property tax are credited (to which budget).
One way or another, they go to the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, to the 'common piggy bank'.
Thus, I become one of the participants in the Russial Lunar Program.
Not as a person who receives wages or other income from the Russian space industry, but as a "source" of budget revenues. The "taxpayer" - it's an important social function, too.
I already wrote about my tax payment in 2020. ('Yesterday, November 16, 2020, I paid taxes - almost 14 thousand rubles on a tax notice.').
It's time to pay taxes in 2021.
Like any responsible citizen who cares about the state, and - especially - as a person carried away by the Lunar Program of Russia, I am hurry to the tax authority.
There I receive a tax notification number 38939129 dated September 1, 2021 and look at the total amount of taxes.
12164 (twelve thousand one hundred sixty-four) rubles (with kopecks).
Something confuses me.
For example, one of the points of the tax base has disappeared to somewhere:

Share in the right: a half; the digit "one" at the top and the digit "two" below the line (below the hyphen).
Tax base (rubles): 6.633.913 (six million six hundred thirty-three thousand nine hundred thirteen) rubles..
In tax notification number 16302425 dated August 3, 2020, this item of the tax base was. And in tax notification 38939129 dated September 1, 2021, this item is no longer there.
The rest - for now (so far) - seems to be in place ...
A taxpayer - he is like a soldier.
He first pays the amount indicated in the tax notice, and then he figures out what and how.
I go to Sberbank and give the employee a tax notice with barcodes.
A bank employee conducts by a scanner over the barcodes and looks at a computer monitor.
I give him 12165 rubles (to do without change, whithout small coins).
In return, I receive checks from him confirming tax payments.
Now I am calm.
My taxes are directed into the Russial budget system, that is, into the general "piggy bank" ...
