  (The script of the drama was created on the basis of the Vladimir Zalessky story for children - about Seryozha 'Labor lessons make out of you a real man and as well as a support of the family').
  
  
  
  ACTING CHARACTERS:
  
  
  I. Members of the Methodological Council for the "Agricultural Education Program":
  
  Labor teacher of the school where Seryozha studies. The teacher of labor is a former meteorologist who lived for 50 years on an island in the Arctic and reported from there by means of communication about changes in the weather.
  
  Former owner of a house-palace in Italy, now - correspondent of current events.
  
  Farmer. In the past - an advertising agent - advertised and sold sewing machines.
  
  An employee of a bank. This bank issues soft loans for schoolchildren participating in the Agricultural Education Program.
  
  The owner of the mill (he participates in the work of the Council by video link from one EU country):
  
  The miller, a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy of one of the capital's universities.
  
  The economic expert - a graduate of the Department of Political Economy of the Faculty of Economics of the Capital University (exists near the miller).
  
  Principal of the school where Seryozha studies. The director of the school in the past was a nominee for the "Leaders of the Fatherland" contest.
  
  II. Seryozha, school student. He does not want to fly to Georgia to recuperate after his studies, but wants to participate in the "Agricultural Education Program":
  
  
  LOCATIONS OF ACTS:
  
  
  Meeting room of the Methodological Council for the "Agricultural Education Program".
  
  The kitchen in the apartment where Seryozha lives.
  
  The room at that mill, where the "Seryozha's Grain" was delivered.
  
  
  Act I.
  
  
  The teacher of labor addresses the members of the Methodological Council:
  
  - A student of our school, Seryozha, approached me. He does not want to go to Georgia, despite the persuasion of his family. He wants to become the backbone of the family and a real man. He watched one of the episodes of a program prepared by our colleague, a correspondent of current events.
  
  Former owner of a palace house in Italy, now - the correspondent of current events:
  
  - The handsome! If a person is all right, then he is all right! Real Men! Family Support! Will you able to push through?!
  
  The farmer:
  
  - He will come to me. We will agree that on "his field" wheat will be grown for him. Well, when he sees the dead animals, birds, questions will begin: 'what?' And "how?"
  
  The bank employee:
  
  - We will issue a loan. We will control loan payments.
  
  The mill owner (resident of one of the EU countries, via video link):
  
  - Business takes a responsible position. Since my mill has become a participant in the 'Agricultural Education Program', then we will accept the grain, grind it, and send the result of the grinding to the bakery master.
  
  The miller, a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy of one of the capital's universities (with him - an economic expert - a graduate of the Department of Political Economy of the Faculty of Economics of the Capital University):
  
  - Of course, we will grind the grain. Not for the first time. As Hegel said, in life one must see the dialectic.
  
  The economic expert:
  
  - The situation gives rise to cautious optimism.
  
  The Bakery Master:
  
  - Let Seryozha come to me. I will tell him a lot of interesting things. I'll ask him about his business.
  
  The principal of the school where Seryozha studies (the principal of the school was a nominee in the Leaders of the Fatherland contest in the past):
  
  - None of the members of the Methodological Council has any objections. Let Seryozha get a loan from the bank and take part in the "Program". Thank you. All you are free for today.
  
  Members of the Methodological Council leave the meeting room.
  
  
  Action II.
  
  
  Seryozha defiantly pushes away a cup of coffee and a plate of homemade pies.
  
  He clutches a sports bag filled with wads of cash.
  
  - This is a soft loan, which I received! Thanks to the labour teacher for the good advice. I will take part in the "Agricultural Education Program"! I will persevere, learn new knowledge, I will become a 'support of the family' and a 'real man'.
  
  He takes a cell phone out of his pocket.
  
  - Dimchik, is that you? Could your dad take me in his car up to "my field"? 'My wheat' is grown there. I agreed on everything with an experienced farmer. Your dad will drive up to my house in several minuts? I'm going outside.
  
  Seryozha comes out off the kitchen.
  
  
  Act III.
  
  
  Seryozha walks around one of the premises of the mill, leaning on a crutch:
  
  - Why were there dead animals and birds on the field? Why?
  
  The miller:
  
  - Now it is impossible to find out. Everyone is busy developing vaccines and advancing into membership in the Academy. What happened with your leg?
  
  Seryozha:
  
  - The cartwheel ran over my foot. Grain was transported on peasant's carts: horses were fed with straw. A saving of a gasoline. And why is the grain poorly crushed at this mill, why does the crushed grain wake up onto the floor?
  
  The miller:
  
  - Are you studying at school, mastering the "Agricultural Education Program"?
  
  - Yes!
  
  - Do you know what Kant said?
  
  - No.
  
  - To act autonomously is to act according to rational moral principles!
  
  Seryozha thought for a second.
  
  The miller kept the initiative:
  
  - Have you heard how Adam Smith formulated his position?
  
  - I remember something, but I can't remember specifically.
  
  - I have an expert, he knows Smith.
  
  The miller asked of his buddy, economic expert, to get closer.
  
  The expert said:
  
  - Productive labor is the source of the wealth of nations.
  
  Seryozha had nothing to answer, and he decided to change the subject:
  
  - I will go to the bakery, I will find stocks of uneaten and unsold bread there. And what? Should I listen to a lecture on the harmony of interethnic relations during the time of the Vasily Tyomny [Vasily the Blind] and the story about several marriages of the Ivan the Thunderstormable [Ivan the Terrible]? This can take several hours to complete.
  
  The miller looked at the crutch and at Seryozha's leg:
  
  - Try to speak with the headmaster. Say that you are in such a position that you need a free place at the university [a place without payment].
  
  - I understood. Thanks for the advice!
  
  - Get well! Be treated! We, together with expert, will walk and will see how things are going.
  
  Seryozha, the miller and the economic expert leave the room.
  
  
  Act IV.
  
  
  Seryozha puts a sports bag filled with wads of money on the table:
  
  He thinks aloud:
  
  'Here is an award from the school 'for perseverance' - for excellent completion of training in the 'Agricultural Education Program'. In the bag, also, is the money set aside for admission to the university, but thanks to the director: I was guaranteed a free place at the university. A little more had to be added. The loan will be paid in full."
  
  Seryozha puts the crutch more comfortable.
  
  He stretches out his injured leg so that it does not interfere with his sitting at the table.
  
  He pulls a cup of coffee and a plate of homemade pies towards him.
  
  Thanks to the "Program"! I feel like I've become a bit of a philosopher, I've become a little more savvy about economics, and I've even turned into a bit of a historical figure."
