Why does this phrase appear?
It's all about the atmosphere.
For example, one respected person proposes to equate the acquisition of sports citizenship with high treason.
And another even more respected person is not inclined to such qualifications.
How can I feel myself - I, a person, who would like to visit the place of historical events - the place of the Battle of Grunwald (1410)?
Moreover, the visa centers limit the length of the queues - accordingly, I would prefer to get a foreign passport that would allow me to cross borders without obtaining visas.
Further complicating the situation is my status as a person who was deprived in 2019 of the right of ownership of real estate object. And this action was carried out by the Russian Federation.
Hundreds of thousands of people - citizens of the Russian Federation and non-citizens of the Russian Federation - received billions of rubles - without any bureaucratic complications.
But I, seem, is watching a special attitude to me.
With what signs do I stand out so much? Through what signs?
The state is so far not paying me compensation in any way.
They offer me to take on the responsibility - either to start re-registering property rights (through the state registration authority), or to go to court ...
It is an interesting idea: to deprive me of the right of ownership of real estate object without my participation (I generally discovered this fact by accident - after receiving a tax notice in October 2021 and after subsequent appeals to the tax authorities).
Yes! As a result of the actions of the Russian Federation, a problem arose! (Without my participation). And how to solve it?
It turns out that this problem needs to be solved not at the expense of the one who created this problem (not at the expense of the Russian Federation), but at my expense - or should I start processing new rights (I need to appear at the registration authorities 'simultaneously' with someone (? ??) and raise the question of the existence of a 'blocked development residential building' ["a blocked building"] (???)), or should I compete in court with the Russian Federation.
Both options give rise to pessimistic feelings in me ... For me, both ways are a waste of time, effort, health, and money. The costs, in my opinion, are enormous.

I submitted a statement to the Government of the Russian Federation (April 27, 2022; by e-mail) - as to an authority higher than the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. I still haven't received an answer.

Thus, obtaining sports citizenship can be interpreted in different ways.
Take into account that most famous athletes have pages on social networks. Many major sports figures seek to receive big money from foreign sources. Especially successful athletes, as a rule, do not seek to leave for Iran or North Korea. More desire - to get sports citizenship in the EEC countries, or in the USA, Canada, Australia ...
There, abroad, experienced athletes advise representatives of (hostile-? unfriendly-?) countries on how to maintain good physical shape (which is very important in a confrontation).
From the really big money received abroad (millions, tens of millions, hundreds of millions), they pay out means to trainers, assistants, massage therapists, nutritionists ...
Famous athletes are hard nuts. It's hard to split, to crack them.
But the situation is such that everyone should think. If to start to investigate, it's possible to find a lot ...
I tried to reflect. (Especially since I'm balancing on the edge: I was once punished for overtaking with a drive into the oncoming lane. I complained, said: not 'overtaking', but 'bypassing' (of a standing car), that there was no repeated road sign after a difficult intersection ... but ... And in case of the second drive into the oncoming lane - now it's strictly ...).
