As can be understood from a pile of separate news, the Northern Delivery of 2021 ended not in the fall of 2021, but [after January 1st] in the winter (in winter-spring?) of 2022.

So I intend to work seriously - and for free - for the benefit of my native state ... After all, it shows care of me ...).
In the meantime, let's not be too skeptical about the (future) results of the Northern Delivery of 2022. Any unfavorable forecasts can be refuted by officials, who will report data from the statistical authorities.
In addition, - for example - the forecast of the ice situation may coincide (in future) with the actual state of affairs. And the person who accepted the wrong forecast to the usage in 2021 - this person can get sick. And for a few critical weeks, a competent person will be allowed to be close of the helm.
So let's not be too skeptical about the results of the Northern Delivery of 2022, and let's wish him success.
But be that as it may, I have to say that the Northern Delivery of 2022 - it is a risky event.
