One way or another, but you need to think about finances - the dear state does not sleep. Regularly sends tax notices (though the two - which I received in 2021 and in 2022 - did not contain a line regarding the object at the address Rostov-on-Don, Muskatnaya Street/Dnepropetrovskaya Street, 32/34. The object was lost somewhere, maybe? ..).
Okey... in this particular case, my right of ownership is not protected and restored. But soon the native state will take effective action. After all, the human rights (and other) apparatus is huge, and everyone receives a large salary ... Especially since I wrote an Application to the Government of the Russian Federation (MMCMXII. So the idea came to me: to put up for sale a rare photograph.
I conditionally called this photo 'A collective fishing by the kolhoz members on the banks of the Don River in the area of the Dugino [khutor, bowery, farm] . 1947".
With this photo, I decided to illustrate my above-mentioned essay about the water conduit, which, as can be understood from the media, originates in the area of the Dugino, Rostov oblast.
It follows logically that this diary note should also be illustrated.
For this purpose, I chose a rare photograph, which I called "Vladimir Vasilievich Zalessky, cadet of the Rostov-on-Don technical school of the fishing industry, 1945."
Thus, two rare photographs will play two useful roles at once - both as goods that can be put up for sale - for the possible receipt of financial resources, - and as illustrations for an essay and for a diary note.
There are difficulties with using scanned photographs. Therefore, for illustrations, I have to take (to do) photographs from photographs.
