But, most importantly, a citizen of the Russian Federation does not know that due to changes in the entries in the UGRN, he is deprived of ownership of the object of real estate.

What is obvious in a general consideration of the issue is obscured by a "fog of many droplets" - a mass of legal arguments and details that acquire a separate independent meaning (in the course of consideration). A citizen of the Russian Federation is not against legal casuistry - where it is needed. But the case of entries in the UGRN, which resulted in the deprivation of a citizen of the Russian Federation of the right of ownership (for the object of real estate), has been studied in detail by many instances. There is no need for legal casuistry.
In itself, the prompt (from the official level) to engage in a 'new' registration of 'new rights' testifies to the obviousness and indisputability of the rights of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
