LOCATIONS OF ACTION:
1. Cozy room with good lighting and closed windows.
2. VIP lounge at 'Sea Breeze' Airport.
3. High Election Commission Meeting Room.
Act I.
- Glad to welcome you, members of the corporation of electoral consultants! I envy you. It's just the beginning of the holiday season, and you, already, are heading to the country of the sea, of beaches and of hotels, where the all-inclusive program is in effect! I wish you a happy journey and hope you have a good time there.
But you have to take into account that the democratic manners there are pushed aside. And the decision was made to fight for the preservation of power.
Some political observers foreshadow that dossiers were compiled and collected on members of election commissions and on leading media. The most relevant are 400 dossiers. There will be pressure. Stick and carrot politics.
The media will be inclined to talk about "official results" and "actual results." Well, if so, then public need to wait for the official results to come in line with the real results.
As for members of election commissions, everyone has vulnerabilities and not many people can give up a lot of money. The collected dossiers will help in this matter.

The head of the 'Sea Breeze' Airport approaches the Ambassador of one of the Great Powers.
- "Hello, Mr. Ambassador! Whether will you spend your vacation not in our beautiful country?'
- "I decided to visit one of our overseas territories in the Ocean, near the equator. There is a good rest. And I will be interested there - to see how the life goes - after the referendum.'
- 'I wish you a good rest, Mr. Ambassador!'
- "You don't have to complain about the lack of tourists. They called me now from the 'Symphony' Airport. There, for example, forty people go on vacation to your beautiful country. Each person has two huge suitcases and a tightly packed [filled] briefcase. In briefcases, apparently, folders with papers. Probably, they will combine active recreation with intellectual labor.'
- 'Really! And in the previous 12 hours, we had failures in the radio communication with the 'Symphony' Airport and with planes flying from there to our airport.'
- "I hope this will not interfere with the tourist flow. I need to go, to move to the plane. Departure soon, departure of the aircraft."
A woman, an airport employee, enters the VIP lounge:
- "Good evning, gentlemen! Passengers waiting to send a trans-European flight, please go to the plane! I wish you a happy journey!'
An airport employee leaves the hall.
- "Goodbye, Mr. Ambassador! I wish you a pleasant flight! And I am heading to our air traffic controllers - we need to take care of flight safety. Maybe flights from the 'Symphony' Airport to us will have to be suspended for several hours."
- ' I wish you success, Mr. Head of the airport!' 'Size başarılar dilerim, havaalanı şefi bey!'
The Ambassador goes to the plane, and the airport chief goes to the air traffic controllers.
ACT III.
- 'As the Chairman of the High Election Commission, I ask you, the members of the Commission, what should we do: to suspend the summing up or to announce the results obtained?'
Everyone is silent and looks carefully at the Chairman.
- 'If we will announce received results, then, quite probably, in this composition we will not gather in this hall next year.
But we are state people, the interests of our people and our state are more important to us than our personal interests.
I ask you to vote: who is in favor of taking stock and announcing them publicly?
Most of members! The decision has been made. In a few seconds, the results will be officially published.
