In the entrance, where Seryozha lived, boys more younger (than Seryozha) kept their bicycles.
It was a controversial case.
On the one hand, the boys were residents of the entrance.
On the other hand, it was a public space where the boys kept their private bikes. How legal was such a behavior and such an actions?
Seryozha liked to wait for the boys near their bicycles, and to start conversations like: "It's time to take your bikes away from you. We need to inspect, to to investigate, to explore you! more carefully!"
The boys, owners of bicycles, for the sake of the Seryozha's good attitude towards them, were escorting him during the processions in the yard. It was cramped in the yard. Cars were difficult to park. Seryozha mastered the methodology of the "reconciliation."
After two or three "showdowns," adult uncles were sighing and were taking out a one thousand-ruble bills.
However, a fresh wind started to blow out, imperceptibly.
The words " dobrovolets ", "volunteer", "members (participants) of high-speed bicycle detachments" started to sound.
The boys, the owners of bicycles, made corresponding inscriptions on their own clothes, and everyone around them looked at these boys with an interest.
And one day, one of these boys delivered a package of table salt in a heavy rain for its intended purpose. Everyone was amazed. A rain and a cold winds didn't stop this boy.
And another boy was transporting bottles of vegetable oil on his own bike. The boy fell, injured his leg, but did not leave the race. He delivered the cargo as intended, and only after that he sought medical help.
Just at this moment one of the bicycle correspondents of the radio station Kosti-NF wrote a note about a heroic boy.
After the such publication of a journalistic material, the boys received passes (special documents, where their surnames were mentioned).
Thus boys turned of ordinary boys (who made up the Seryozhe's retinue during his processions through the cars-crowded yard), into an independent figures.
Seryozha didn't like it all. He stopped waiting for the boys near their bicycles.
But one day he entered into the entrance door and the boys were standing near their bikes.
- We have the right to put our bikes here, - the boys said.
Seryozha tried to translate everything as a joke: "Yes, I know, yes it is understandable, well, yes, it is obvious"....
- Write that you allow us to park our bicycles here! - said one of the boys.
"No the pen with me. There is no paper."
But the boys had both a paper and a pen.
Seryozha was forced to write: "I allow to park bikes here!"
After that, he went home.
His mood was not very pleasant.
He will have to invent out a new method how to pulling out the one thousand-ruble bills from the adult uncles.
