ACTING PERSONS:
Forty pranksters - political consultants. Dressed like a beach. On the legs are beach slippers. With them - the chairman of the meeting. Among pranksters-consultants are Alex and Drum. Alex will be sent to negotiate with an Influential Eastern Person. Drum will go to the Denezhnaya [Monetary] railway station.
Several graceful women in swimsuits.
Influential Eastern Person.
Members of the Supreme Committee. An Influential Eastern person chairs a meeting of the Committee.
LOCATIONS OF ACTIONS:
I. A huge tent on the shore of the East South Sea. Chairs are placed inside the tent. On a large table there is a huge silver basin with red caviar, as well as many bottles (Zhirlovka, Massandra wine, Tsimlyansk sparkling wine and others), glasses of various sizes and types.
II. Room in the Eastern Palace, used for reception of visitors from abroad.
III. Hall in the Eastern Palace - for meetings of the Supreme Committee.
Act I.
- 'Due to the delay in departure of the aircraft at the airport, we are forced to pause. But we will not waste time. In our money room, the amount of money decreased by 10 percent. We will fill the pause with useful actions. Therefore, we gathered here, on the shore of the East-South Sea. In order to acclimatize - in every sense.
During the forced pause, we will use our old idea - about the same one like we used on the shores of the Northwest Sea, the Southwest Sea, and in the East.

(Applause from the meeting participants).

Our other pranker-political consultant, Drum, he will go to our Denezhnaya [Monetary] railway station, wear a uniform and a railway worker's cap, tell a local workers that he is from the Chief, and demand that five of several dozen freight trains filled with money be sent to spare tracks. Such a way we will replenish our supply of money in the money room.
Well, all of you (the rest) will swim in the sea, reflect and prepare a video for posting on the Internet. The purpose of the video is to glorify the project for the construction of the railway and everything connected with this project. In general, you will raise a dust.'
(Applause from the meeting participants).
- 'Before completing the meeting, I ask you to delay for a few minutes. We must to remember our dear Sage and Teacher, the founder of a domestic Global studies, of a political prankery and of a high-level consulting.'

They open bottles of Zhirlovka and pour liquid into small glasses, "stopki" ("stopki" - type of little glasses).

A few more seconds of silence. Some of those present quietly exclaim: "We remember you, our Sage!"
After that, the meeting participants leave the tent, go to the sea to swim and to sunbathe. Alex intends to sail on a speedboat, and Drum intends to go to Denezhnaya railway station.
Act II.
- 'We invite you to organize joint production of hydrocarbons.'
- "I will consider this proposal.'
- "I have another attractive offer. We offer you to build (practically without any your payment) a railway. To implement this project, we will send you several dozen cargo trains with money.'
- 'I give my prior consent.'
The interlocutors shake hands and leave the room.
Act III.
- 'I gave preliminary consent for the construction (practically without any our payment) of the railway. To implement this project, we will be sent several dozen freight trains with money. This proposal is not unusual. We can recall projects on the shores of the Northwest Sea, the Southwest Sea, and in the East.'
- 'And if it's a cunning move? If they demand to buy (from them) the idea of getting a water out of an air for a lot of money, in return? They are developing such an idea!'
- "I have foresaw this option. We will act as follows. They built huge, powerful seawater desalination plants on the shore of Southwest Sea. And then it rained. So we can convince them to sell these desalination plants to us for little money. And we will learn about the idea of getting a water out of an air from the Internet.'
- 'It's a bit at odds with our morals...'

An influential person and other members of the Committee leave the meeting room.
