When criminal elements prompted the famous woman-singer to sell her apartment and to give money away (off) to unknown people, everyone looked at this case with interest.
(And before that, there were, for example, histories (1) with the descendants of the legendary Soviet pilot, with their real estate acquired by decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR, with attempts to evict descendants from this real estate, with threats from descendants to take the ashes of the legendary pilot out (off) the Kremlin wall and bury this ashes in a some cemetery, (2) with the "liberation" the pockets of the daughter of this legendary Soviet pilot from 23 million rubles as a result of a criminal scheme.
Many famous people have become and are becoming victims of "interesting schemes," but not all cases are of public knowledge. Recently, the daughter of the highest official of one of the subjects of the federation became a victim...
Is it my imagination, or did it really happen: two famous phone pranksters were awarded with official awards?)
So, the famous woman-singer was released from her real estate object, and everyone looked at this history with interest. But the famous woman-singer found a secret button in the System, the famous woman-singer pressed this button with her delicate finger at the right moment, and the property returned to her.
Everyone was looking at the situation with interest again.
But no one noticed an important detail in this whole story: when a famous woman-singer became a victim, then she (she alone) suffered. When her property was returned to her, then the buyer of her apartment suffered (who paid a large sum for the apartment, later given by the singer-seller of the apartment to unknown people) - only the buyer of the apartment (she alone) suffered.
But then the same model (the model of the "famous woman-singer") was extended to many other apartment purchase and sale transactions: according to various sources, from 300 to 3000 transactions. The buyers of the apartments paid money, but the apartments were returned to the sellers-pensioners, and the buyers were left without money (paid for the apartments) and without apartments (returned to the sellers-pensioners).
Both an influential stratum of entrepreneurs in the field of buying and selling real estate, as well as many sellers and buyers of real estate, - all of them found themselves under a threat. And, after these numerous people, the media joined the problem.
Who are protecting by the media? The media protects the affected purchasers. These purchasers are participants in patriotic actions, they are parents with many children (these parents have been saving money to buy an apartment for many years), they are mortgage loan recipients, and many others persons who deserve wide public respect.
And who are the negative heroes of this whole story? The negative characters are the so-called "old women" who carelessly disposed of the money they received for the apartment they sold (who sold their apartment and gave the money they received for the apartment to unknown people). There is a suspicion that not only "old women" suffered, but "malicious women of ancient ages" joined them: "malicious women-pensioners " found out about the current algorithm (practice) and began to sell their apartments, to receive money and to return the apartments back to themselves, (falsely?) referring to the fact that they were the victim of fraud.
Let's look at the situation from the other side: suppose the "old women-pensioners" are left without money and without own apartments. There will be rising (increasing) a layer of such unsuccessful apartment sellers - in the number of 300-3000 people (and more).
The media will connect. The public noise gets louder and louder. Pensioners, who left without apartments, deserve public sympathy.
What will be a result? As a result, a question arises about the welfare state.: how can such state help the injured women-pensioners? The government (the welfare state) needs to spend time, attention, and, may by, money on the problem.
If the model of a "famous woman-singer" is used, then government (the state) (at first glance) remains on the sidelines. The victims - are unsuccessful apartment buyers (they remain without apartments and without money).
If the ANTI-model of the "famous woman-singer" is used, then government (the state) (at first glance) remains on the sidelines. The victims are "old women-pensioners" (they remain without apartments and without money).
Thus, the (currently implemented) model of "famous woman-singer" (at first glance) frees the government (the state) from unnecessary worries and from unnecessary expenses.
What did I find interesting about such a model (the model of a "famous woman-singer")?
I found an interesting the elegant attempt to put the government (the state) "out of the brackets" of the problem. Or apartment sellers - or buyers - are suffering.
Let's compare this situation with another problem that arose earlier.
In 2006, an elderly woman acquires an object of real estate.
In 2012, an elderly woman gives (as a gift) this object of real estate to her son. Her son becomes the owner of this object of real estate.
In 2021 (in the autumn), the owner (accidentally) learns from the tax notice (and from subsequent papers) about the loss of his right in relation of this object of real estate.
It turns out that he lost his right of ownership on June 03, 2019. That is, the owner found out about the loss of his ownership right, by accident (!), more than two years after such loss (!!!!!).
The owner may lose the right of ownership only as a result of the actions of an official of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography. Such an official acts on behalf of the State (on behalf of the Russian Federation)
Having passed all levels - from the district level up to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation - the owner applies to the Government of the Russian Federation with a request for compensation. If the state (Russian Federation) has deprived a citizen of the Russian Federation of the right of ownership for (in relation of) object of real estate, then it (Russian Federation) must pay him (citizen) a compensation!
Two applications have been sent to the Government of the Russian Federation (MMCMXII. Application to the Government of the Russian Federation sent by e-mail. A diary note. - On April 27, 2022.; MMMDXXXIII. A new application has been sent to the Government of the Russian Federation by e-mail. A diary note. - On August 24, 2024.).
But as of December 1, 2025, the citizen of the Russian Federation (who became the owner on December 19, 2012 and lost his right of ownership on June 03, 2019) has not received a clear, understandable response to his applications to the Government of the Russian Federation, nor a financial compensation.
The citizen has received a number of letters, but not from the Government of the Russian Federation, but from lower-level authorities. These letters explained to him (to the citizen of the Russian Federation) his right to apply to various state bodies (!!!).
Why (with what requests) should he apply to various state bodies (authorities)? He acquired the right of ownership on December 19, 2012, signed the act of acceptance and transfer, and legally (according a law, a legislation) assumed ownership rights. On what issue and with what requests should he apply to the state bodies (authorities)? If someone is interested in such activity, then let this someone go (run) through these instances (authorities) during a hundreds years!
A citizen of the Russian Federation who has not been brought to criminal responsibility (there is an official document - an official certificate) has been deprived by the state (by the Russian Federation) of ownership right to (in relation of) a real estate object (!). This state (a huge number of bodies designed to protect the rights of a citizen) HAS NOT TAKEN any effective actions to protect his violated constitutional ownership right and to protect his legitimate interests!
The second model, the model of "comprehensive surprise", has something in common with the (first) "famous woman-singer" model: citizens can solve their problems using their own strength, their own time, and their own resources. A huge state (with a huge apparatus) provides them with such an opportunity.
