Seryozha and his two friends were walking to the Philatelists' Club.
One of the friends - with freckles - said to Seryozha:
- My native uncle wants to celebrate (at his dacha) the arrival of real autumn. You, Seryozha, have become a prominent figure in our city. My uncle invites you to this event. He said that the gypsy choir will sing in your honor: 'He came to us, he came to us, our Seryozha, our dear!'
Seryozha became interested in the invitation.
Two days later, Seryozha and one of his friends (the one with freckles) were at the dacha of the friend's uncle.
Seryozha was received joyfully. Everything was organized skillfully.
Seryozha was given the opportunity to speak to those gathered.
He spoke about the importance of swimming pools in our difficult times. Swimming pools are sport, they are health, they are a general mood!
Everyone applauded.
Finally, the holiday ended. Guests were going return to their homes.
Seryozha silently looked at his friend (with freckles) and said him nothing. The boy was also silent.
Several days passed. In the company of his two friends, Seryozha headed to the philatelic store.
He didn't talk to the boy (with freckles).
About halfway to the philatelic store, he, among other things, said to his second friend:
- We visited the dacha and participated the celebration of the arrival of real autumn. Had a good time! I did a speech. They applauded me well!
Then the friends moved on to the topic of the expected exchange of postage stamps.
