There was a delay in garbage collection.
The garbage chute in the entrance where Seryozha lived stopped functioning normally.
Many neighbors in the entrance were carring own bags of garbage to the site where special containers for garbage were located. It was necessary to go (by foot) there - five minutes.
Seryozha started to put bags of garbage in the yard next to a special door to the garbage chute shaft. Once the garbage will begin to be removed again, the garbage chute will work, and these bags will be taken out away.
Some tenants, having seen these packages, began to throw their bags with garbage there (to save their time). So a noticeable pile of garbage appeared.
Once, Seryozha was returning home, he approached to his entrance and saw talking neighbors. One of these neighbors said loudly: "It is possible to be more careful, to act more rationally!" At the same time, this neighbor glanced at Seryozha passing nearby.
Seryozha analyzed the situation at home.
Now at 18 o'clock it is already darkening. Many return to their apartments at this time.
The next day at 18-00, Seryozha was walking around (near) the heap with garbage with a lighter in his hand.
When the next neighbor was returning home, Seryozha was clicking with a lighter, brought a flame to a pile of garbage (as if he was trying to get to know the situation better) and said thoughtfully (as if with regret):
- Yes! A situation maybe worse!
Neighbors looked at Seryozha cautiously, tried to quickly enter the entrance and to close (from within) doors of their apartments.
Seryozha periodically was patting his pocket. If the lighter stops working, for such a case he has two boxes of matches additionally.
