Over the past period, a significant amount of work has been done on a conceptual import substitution.
Within the framework of the Scientific Program "Intellectual Foundations of Foreign Policy", an agreement was signed with the Center for Strategic Studies of the Higher Diplomatic University to conduct research and create a scientific product.
As a result of the conducted research, it was found that an effective alternative to the idea of a "melting pot" is the concept of a "skillet" for baking of blinis (blini, bliny, pancakes).
Blinis have the advantage that each blin [pancake] (although it is located in a stack) is an independent value, has an independent taste. It can be consumed with both black caviar and red caviar, with sour cream, with honey and with other fillings.
The results of the conducted scientific research have passed practical scientific testing in the form of buffets [receptions] organized at VDNH [Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy], at the Ministry, at other innovation sites and in innovation parks.
After the final determination of the chefs' candidates, a final buffet was organized, invitation cards for which were distributed through the Department of Government for the Protection of the Constitutional Right of Citizens to Property.
Currently, work on the implementation of the results of scientific developments continues. At the upcoming meeting of the UN Security Council, according to the ARIO formula, it is planned to provide all participants of the meeting with blinis with a variety of types of fillings.
At the same time, it will be specially noted that all food products are produced in our country thanks to the preferential lending program.
The experience of the Olympiad, previously held on the shore of the Southern Ocean, was analyzed and summarized. Dishes, spoons, forks and knives will be made not of silver, but of stainless steel produced at the advanced defense concern Demidov (using special technology).
All of the above allows to draw conclusions (1) about the creation of an effective alternative to the idea of a "melting pot" in the form of a "skillet for baking of blinis", (2) in the development of reliable intellectual foundations of our foreign policy. All this will lead to the strengthening of our country's position in the international arena.
