I go from the center of Rostov-on-Don by public transport.
A wide avenue. Previously, people traveled from the (old) airport to the center along this avenue (prospekt).
But even now, from the new airport (Platov), this prospekt can be used to get to the city center.
However, the regular flights have been cancelled.
We had to slow down. A red traffic light. (And for those driving on a perpendicular street, the green signal is on).
Opposite us there are, in several rows, columns of oncoming cars. They also stopped, waiting for the green traffic light.

We go further.
