An ethnic broker will connect interests, find common ground, arrange negotiations...
"Need to try!" - Seryozha thought.
He began searching the Internet for information about the conditionally disputed territories. It seems that something has been discovered.
But, at the same time, there is a problem with priority. People who are accustomed to using someone else's intellectual product - they quickly learn from the Internet that Seryozha has started working as an ethnic broker, and they will intercept and will assign (grab) the new idea.
It will be useful to speak at the International Conference on the Problems of Newest States. Which states can be called 'newest'? For example, those that were formed within the Past Century.
Seryozha immediately sent an application to participate in this conference and received a response that his speech was included in the work program of this international forum.
Everything was going like clockwork, but, unexpectedly, Seryozha caught a virus somewhere. Seryozha's temperature rose.
He had to spend several days at home.
During this time, the conditionally disputed territory ceased to be disputed. All participants of the situation, recognized the borders that were already internationally recognized (earlier).
That unrecognized state entity which existed on the conditionally disputed territory followed the example of a giant formed about 70 years ago. It announced it would cease to exist at the end of the calendar year.
