    Continuous struggle of small European peoples for their rights showed impossibility of victory over the national governments of their countries. Not one small nation did not get neither autonomy nor independence for the last decades. Consequently, the strategy and tactics of the struggle must be changed.
  Let`s make Maidan in Brussels! Separatists of all European countries, Unite!
  
  
  The preamble:
  
  Continuous struggle of small European peoples for their rights showed impossibility of victory over the national governments of their countries.
  
  Not one small nation did not get neither autonomy nor independence for the last decades. Consequently, the strategy and tactics of the struggle must be changed.
  
  My proposals:
  
  1. As far as Europe is already united, movements of small European nations must be united, too.
  
  Of course, this is not a new idea because UNPO and European free Alliance were created earlier.
  
  However, UNPO is not effective because it has a very wide territorial format.
  
  Obviously, the movement of European nations of the Schengen area must have the own organization (alike European free Alliance ) and the movement of the peoples of the former USSR should have another one.
  
  Also European free Alliance is not effective, too because it use political methods of struggle.
  
  3. It's time to finish the fight against Vilnius, Rome and Madrid!
  Brussels must become battle field!
  
  
  All the actions of all the organizations of small European nations must occur simultaneously! All requirements of all small European peoples EU must be satisfied simultaneously! Both all or no one!
  
  Official government EU must get own Maidan Revolution!
